肝郁舒颗粒挥发油包合工艺的研究

摘    要:目的优选肝郁舒颗粒的挥发油包合工艺条件。方法采用饱和水溶液法制备包合物,用正交试验,以挥发油包合率和包合物收得率为指标,优选挥发油包合工艺条件。结果最佳工艺为:β-CD∶油(6∶1),包合温度45℃,包合时间2 h。结论此工艺包合效率高,稳定性好,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:Aim To optimize the inclusion process for the volatile oil of Ganyushu granules.Methods The method of saturated water solution was applied to prepare inclusion compound.The inclusion process was studied by orthogonal design with yield of the utilization ratio of volatile oil and the yield of inclusion compound.Results The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as follows:β-CD:oil was 6∶1,the inclusion temperature was 45℃ and the inclusion time was 2 hours.Conclusion The utilization ratio of oil is high and its stability is good when this inclusion process is used.This inclusion process is suitable for industrial production.
