| 摘 要： | 目的从循证医学角度为前庭神经炎确定治疗方案。方法提出临床问题，计算机检索MEDLINE数据库、Cochrane图书馆、中国数字医院全文数字库，寻找荟萃分析或者双盲随机对照研究文献。结果共检索到随机对照研究文献5篇。综合分析文献结果，为患者制订了临床治疗方案。结论采用循证医学方法，可以针对性地提出临床疾病的治疗方案，指导临床工作。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods of evidence-based treatment for the vestibular neuritis patients.Methods After clinical problems were put forward,the papers of meta-analysis or randomized controlled trials were collected from MEDLINE,Cochrane Library and Chinese Digital Hospital Full Text Database.Results 5 studies of randomized controlled trials were found.According to the evidence from those trials,the treatment procedure of vestibular neuritis was set up.Conclusion The appropriate treatment procedure ca... |
