| 摘 要： | 目的建立一种测定垂盆草颗粒中槲皮素的含量方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil-ODS column C18柱,流动相：甲醇-0.1%三氟乙酸溶液（45∶55）,检测波长：371nm,结果槲皮素在6.22～62.24μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均回收率98.03%（RSD=1.29%,n=6）。结论本法简便准确,可用于垂盆草颗粒的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination of quercetin in Chuipencao Granules. Methods HPLC method was performed on Kromasil-ODS column C18. The mobile phase consisted of mathanol-0. 1% TFA solution （45 ： 55）. The detection wavelength was at 371nm. The column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear ranges of quercetin was 6. 2462.24μg· mL^-1 （r--=0. 9999）, the average recovery was 98. 03% （RSD= 1.29%, n = 6）. Conclusions A sensitive, accurate and reliable method is developed for the determination of quercetin in Chuipencao Granules and can be applied to control the quality of this preparation effectively. |
