分泌抗人早期T细胞单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞株的建立及初步鉴定

摘    要:以胎儿胸腺细胞免疫BALB/c小鼠,用B淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术产生了两种单克隆抗体,分别命名为SMU13、SMU14。初步鉴定的结果表明,(1)SMU13、SMU14是抗早期T淋巴细胞的单克隆抗体,但与浆细胞也发生反应;(2)两株单抗的特性、反应谱与CD38抗原相似;(3)SMU13、SMU14在白血病免疫学分型中可以明确判断白血病细胞的来源,具有结合补体的能力,在急性T淋巴细胞白血病的治疗中可发挥重要作用

Abstract:Two monoclonal antibodies SMU13 and SMU14 were produced by fusing SP2/0 murine myeloma cells and BALB/c murine spleen cells immunized with thymus cells. A preliminary identification of the antibodies indicated that: (1)SMU13 and SMU14 are antibodies against pre-T lymphocytes and plasma cells; (2) their characteristics and reactivity spectrum are similiar to those of the CD38 antigen; (3) in the analysis of leukemia immunophenotype, SMU13 and SMU14 can give a better classification for the origin of leukemic cells and may have therapeutic application for the treatment of T-ALL because of their capability of combining with complements.
