四头胸腹带的研制与临床应用

目的：寻找一种安全、合理、有效的固定小儿于平卧位，防止侧卧及使其体位符合康复治疗要求的护理方法。方法：对原有胸带和腹带进行改进，设计制作四头胸腹带，主要用于心内直视术后、漏斗胸矫形术后及先天性髋关节脱位牵引的患儿。结果：四头胸腹带在确保心内直视术后患儿胸骨畸形愈合、漏斗胸矫形预防术后再下陷、维持先天性髋关节脱位牵引的患儿有效牵引等方面显著优于传统的护理方法（P〈0．05）。结论：四头胸腹带可有效固定患儿于平卧位，防止侧卧的发生，能保证体位治疗的准确且持久，符合临床和康复治疗的要求。

Study on the research and application of 4 heads thoracic - abdominal belt.

Objective: To find a safe and suitable nursing adopted to prevent a baby from lateral recumbent position in the physiotherapy. Methods: To use new designed belt for the child after intracardiac repair under direct vision, chondrosternoplasty and congenital dislocation of hip joint. Results: the method is more effective than traditional one in corrective therapy and prevention of postoperative depression(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of 4 heads thoracic-abdominal belt is obviously effective to keep a sick child in horizontal position and to prevent him from lateral recumbent position.
