| 摘 要： | 为全面、准确评价实习医师的临床综合能力,制定了内分泌专业实习医师出科临床技能多站式考核方案,从理论知识、实践操作、综合分析诊治能力等方面形成完整的量化考核体系,并将其应用于临床教学实践,分析发现临床医师实习及教学中存在的不足,完善临床实习考核方式,促进临床教学工作的评估和改进。

| Abstract: | Foraccurate assessmentofcomprehensive knowledge andskills ofinterns,Multiple Station Examination of Clinical Skills for interns in the department of endocrinology was instituted.A complete Quantitative Evaluation System was constituted by measurements of theoretical knowledge,practical operation,comprehensive analysis and treatment ability,and was applied to clinical teaching practice.By analyzing the examination results,shortage of clinical teaching was found so as to consummate the assessment system of clinical practice and promote clinical teaching assessment and improvement. |
