中药灶心土防治胃肠肿瘤术后辅助化疗消化道反应的临床研究

目的:探讨中药灶心土在防治胃肠肿瘤术后辅助化疗消化道反应中的作用。方法:将60例胃癌、结直肠癌术后辅助化疗患者,随机分为两组,一组采用5-羟色胺受体抑制剂防治消化道反应(西药组),另一组采用重用灶心土的中药方剂防治消化道反应(中药组)。结果:中药组防止化疗急性呕吐的疗效与西药相当,对化疗引起的延迟性呕吐优于西药,在防治化疗引起的厌食、腹泻方面也优于西药。结论:经临床观察,统计分析得出重用灶心土的中药能减轻胃肠肿瘤术后辅助化疗消化道反应,而且在一些方面优于西药5-羟色胺受体抑制剂。

Clinical study of Chinese medicine stove subsoil on gastrointestinal reactions following gastrointestinal tumor postoperativeadjuvant chemotherapy

Objective:In order to investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine stove subsoil on gastrointestinal reactions following gastrointestinal tumor postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy.Methods: 60 cases of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy consist of gastric cancer and colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups.5-hydroxytryptamine receptor inhibitor was applied to the group(western medicine group) and the decoction including large quantity of stove subsoil was applied to the other group(TCM group).Results:The curative effect of preventing acute vomiting was similar between western medicine group and TCM group,but in delayed nausea,anorexia and diarrhea caused by chemotherapy were better in TCM group than western medicine group.Conclusion:Clinical observation and statistical analysis indicate that the decoction including large quantity of stove subsoil are capable of alleviating gastrointestinal reactions in postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy,which is better than 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor inhibitor on some other aspects.
