112名大学生人格测验结果分析

目的探讨医院心理咨询门诊中大学生群体的心理特征,并了解其偏离一般群体的程度。方法采用明尼苏达多项人格测验量表（MMPI）对心理咨询门诊中112名大学生进行测查,然后对测查数据进行统计学分析。结果医院心理咨询门诊中男大学生的Hs（疑病）、D（抑郁）、Hy（癔症）、Pd（精神病态）、Pt（精神衰弱）原始分显著高于中国常模原始分（P〈0.05）;医院心理咨询门诊中女大学生的Hs、D、Hy、Pd、Mf（男—女子气）、Pa（偏执）、Pt、Sc（精神分裂）、Ma（轻躁狂）、Si（社会内向）原始分显著高于中国常模原始分（P〈0.05）。各临床量表T分超过60分（中国常模）的个体所占总体的比例排在前四位的分别为Pd、Pt、D、Hy。两点编码类型主要表现在：27/72（9.0%）,23/32（8.1%）,49/94（7.2%）,12/21（6.3%）,47/74（5.4%）型。Hs、D、Hy、Pd、Pa、Pt、Sc、Ma分量表都与预测的个人危险行为如自杀或自残、冲动伤人毁物、酗酒与药物滥用存在显著的相关。Pt与自杀或自残的相关系数最高。Pd与冲动伤人毁物的相关系数最高。Pd与酗酒药物滥用的相关系数最高。结论医院心理咨询门诊中大学生群体存在着相当多的心理状态偏离和明显的心理问题,应进行合理的干预。

Analysis of minnesota multiphasic personality inventory among college students in psychological counseling clinic

Objective To understand the psychological status of college students in psychological counseling clinic,and to find out the deviation degree from the general population.Methods A total of 112 college students who came to the clinic for psychological consultation were surveyed using MMPI and the test data were analyzed statistically.Results The analysis revealed that the raw scores of Hs,D,Hy,Pd,Pt among male college students and scores of Hs,D,Hy,Pd,Mf,Pa,Pt,Sc,Ma among female students were all significantly higher than the norm raw scores in China.The top four high ratio of individuals whose T score was over 60（Norm） in each clinical scale were Pd,Pt,D and Hy.The two types of coding were found mainly to be in the following types as 27/72（9.0%）,23/32（8.1%）,49/94（7.2%）,12/2（6.3%） and 47/74（5.4%） type.There were significant correlations between Hs,D,Hy,Pd,Pa,Pt,Sc,Ma subscales and prediction of individual dangerous behaviors such as the Dutch act,self-mutilation,aggressive action,alcohol and drug abuse.The highest correlation coefficient was between Pt and self-harm or suicide,Pd and aggressive act or Pd and alcohol and drug abuse.Conclusions It is obvious that some college students have a lot of psychological deviances and disorders,thus a reasonable intervention needs to be applied to improve the mental health condition of college students
