中西医结合治疗胃溃疡临床研究

目的探讨中西医结合治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法 36例胃溃疡患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用奥美拉唑、果胶铋胶囊、克拉霉素治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上给予复方丹参滴丸、益胃汤加减,并用针灸配合治疗,4周为1个疗程。结果对照组溃疡胃镜下总有效率为77.78%,证候疗效总有效率为83.33%;治疗组溃疡胃镜下总有效率为88.89%,证候疗效总有效率为94.44%。对照组幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,HP)根除率为72.22%,治疗组HP根除率为88.88%。结论中西医结合治疗胃溃疡疗效显著,值得进一步研究。

Research about Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer
