适量置换脑脊液治疗蛛网膜下腔出血临床观察

目的探讨适量置换脑脊液治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的临床疗效。方法选取本院于2010年10月至2012年12月收治的蛛网膜下腔出血患者80例,随机分为治疗组（脑脊液置换）和对照组（常规治疗）,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈21例,显效11例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率95%;对照组治愈13例,显效9例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率80%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,常规治疗加适量置换脑脊液的临床疗效明显优于单纯采用常规治疗。结论适量置换脑脊液治疗蛛网膜下腔出血疗效显著,操作简便易行,可有效地降低并发症发病率及死亡率,对患者预后有积极有效作用。

Clinical observation of a moderate amount of Cerebrospinal Fluid Displacement in Treatment of Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

Objective The aim of the study is to assess the effect of a moderate amount of Cerebrospinal Fluid isplacement in Treatment of Subarachnoid Hemorrhage. Methods 80 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage patients admitted to our hospital during October 2010 and December 2012,were randomly divided into the treatment group（ Cerebrospinal Fluid Displacement） and the control group（ Conventional treatment） . Analysis of the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results The treatment group treat 21 cases,excellence 11 cases, effective 6 cases,invalid 2 cases,total effective rate was 95% . The control group treat 13 cases,excellence 9 cases,effective 10 cases,invalid 8 cases,total effective rate was 80% . Conclusion Clinical observation of a moderate amount of Cerebrospinal Fluid Displacement in Treatment of Subarachnoid Hemorrhage is distinct and easy operation,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and mortality,is positive and effective role for patients prognosis.
