肝脂溶颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠的实验研究

目的通过实验研究验证肝脂溶颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝的治疗作用,探讨作用机制,为临床扩大应用提供科学依据。方法观察肝脂溶颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝模型大鼠TG（血清甘油三酯）、CHOL（血清总胆固醇）;ALT（谷丙转氨酶）、AST（谷草转氨酶）;FFA（游离脂肪酸）的影响。结果肝脂溶颗粒高剂量组降低血清TG、CHOL、FFA疗效优于对照组,降低血清ALT、AST疗效则与对照组相似。结论肝脂溶颗粒能有效治疗非酒精性脂肪肝。

Experimental study on liver lipid granule in the treatment of on-alcoholic fatty liver in rats

Methods To observe the hepatic lipid soluble granules on nonalcoholic fatty liver model rat TG,CHOL,; ALT and AST; The influence of FFA. Results Reduce liver lipid soluble particles high-dose group,serum TG,CHOL,FFA,curative effect is better than that of control group,lower serum levels of ALT, AST,curative effect is similar to the control group. Conclusion Hepatic lipid soluble granules is effective treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
