参麦注射液联合雷米普利片治疗高血压性心衰的疗效

目的观察参麦注射液联合雷米普利片治疗高血压心力衰竭的临床疗效,寻求一种更好的治疗方案。方法 138例高血压心衰患者被随机分为两组,对照组（62例,常规治疗）、试验组（76例,常规治疗基础上加参麦注射液和雷米普利片联合治疗）,两组治疗3周后,评价其治疗有效率。经χ2检验（P〈0.05）,比较差异有统学意义。结果常规对照组与试验组疗效对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,参麦注射液联合盐酸贝那利片组治疗果较显著。结论参麦注射液联合雷米普利片是治疗高血压心力衰竭的一种有效方法 ,有较好的临床应用价值。

Clinical observation of shenmai injection combined with the ramipril on hypertensive heart failure

Objective To evaluate clinical effects of Shenmai injection combined with the ramipril treatment on hypertensive heart failure clinical,and to explore a better clinical treatment method. Methods 138 patients （ male and female no limited） were randomly divided into 2 groups,The control group （ 62 cases,conventional） ; and test group （ 76 cases,Shenmai injection combined with the ramipril） ,the two groups were evaluated after 3 weeks Treatment. Results According to 2 test,there was singnificant statistical diffidence between the control and test group by analysis of statistical（ P 0. 05） . The test group treatment was better comparatively. Conclusion Clinical observation of shenmai injection combined with the Ramipril was a new effective method and provided scientific base for the clinical application of it.
