涂阳肺结核患者密切接触者筛查情况分析

目的了解涂阳肺结核患者密切接触者中活动性肺结核的检出率及有关的影响因素。方法对2010年1月至2011年12月登记的涂阳肺结核患者及其家庭密切接触者按国家规定程序进行调查分析。结果涂阳肺结核患者家庭密切接触者中,配偶及父母活动性肺结核病检出率分别为5.46%和2.31%,与子女密切接触者的活动性肺结核患者检出率比较差异均有统计学意义（χ2=19.9,P〈0.01;χ2=5.9,P〈0.01）;菌量≥（2＋）肺结核患者密切接触者的活动性肺结核检出率和菌量≤（1＋）的肺结核患者密切接触者的活动性肺结核检出率差异有统计学意义（χ2=14.93,P〈0.01）。结论涂阳肺结核家庭密切接触者调查是早期发现活动性肺结核患者的有效手段,是控制肺结核病的有效措施之一。

Analysis on screening in close contacts of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients

Objective Understanding the factors closely contact the detection rate of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients of pulmonary tuberculosis and related effects. Methods In 2010 January -2011 year in December registered smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients and their household close contact investigation according to the provisions of the state program. Results The smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients in household close contacts,spouses and parents of active pulmonary tuberculosis were detected in 5. 46% and 2. 31% patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis,close contact with children detection rates were statistically significant （ χ2 = 19. 9,P 0. 01; χ2 = 5. 9,P 0. 01） ; close contact closely contact count ≥ （ 2 ＋ ） patients with pulmonary tuberculosis the detection rate of active pulmonary tuberculosis and bacterial content ≤（ 1 ＋ ） pulmonary tuberculosis patients of active pulmonary tuberculosis detection rate were significantly different （ χ2 = 14. 93,P 0. 01） . Conclusion Investigation on the close contacts of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis in family is a effective means to patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis found early,is one of the effective measures to control tuberculosis.
