体位复位结合椎间盘镜下椎弓根螺钉固定治疗胸腰椎骨折

目的探讨体位复位加椎间盘镜下椎弓根钉固定复位治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法全麻下俯卧位过伸复位加椎间盘镜下置入后路椎弓根系统撑开复位固定治疗22例胸腰椎骨折患者。结果 22例患者均随访10～18月,平均13月。螺钉置入椎弓根位置的优良率为98%,椎体压缩复位率为96%,无内固定断裂发生。结论俯卧位过伸复位加椎间盘镜下置入后路椎弓根系统撑开复位固定治疗胸腰椎骨折,手术并发症少,疗效优良。

Asana reduction add pedicle screw system fixation under microendoscopic discectomy for thoracolumbar fructures

Objective Discussion the clinical efficacy of endoscopic discectomy add reset position of pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of fractures of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae. Methods Postanesthesia indirect reduction using extended-bit add small incision endoscopic pedicle screw fixation open reduction and treatment of 22 cases of thoracolumbar spine fracture patients. Results 22 patients were followed up in 10 to 18 months,an average of 13 months. Implantation of pedicle screw position rate was 89 percent excellent,restore a high degree of vertebral compression rate was 96 percent,no internal fixation fracture happened. Conclusion The method of indirect reduction Hyperextension-bit add endoscopic pedicle screw fixation under direct vision are fairly effective for fractures of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae,and a few complications.
