围术期循证护理对普外科开腹手术患者的影响研究

目的探讨普外科围术期治疗中循证护理的应用效果。方法选取收治的普外科开腹手术的患者,随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予围术期循证护理,就护理结果进行比较分析。结果观察组患者疼痛程度显著低于对照组患者,经过统计学分析,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组术后腹痛腹胀、恶心呕吐、肺部感染、泌尿系统感染等并发症的发病率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组住院时间和心理状态明显优于对照组,患者的满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理可使护理质量提高,减少普外科开腹手术患者的并发症,降低疼痛程度,改善患者心理状态,提高了患者的护理满意度,促进患者早日康复。

The impact study of perioperative evidence-based nursing of laparotomy operation patients in department of general Surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of application of evidence-based nursing in the perioperative treatment in Department of general surgery. Methods The patients who were selected from the Department of general surgery laparotomy operation,were randomly divided into two groups,the control group were given conventional nursing,the observation group received perioperative evidence-based nursing. Make comparative analysis of the care results. Results In the observation group,the degree of pain was significantly lower than that of the control group,through statistical analysis,there was a significant difference （ P 0. 05） . The incidence of abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,pulmonary infection,urinary system infection and other complications in the observation group,were significantly lower than those of the control group,with significant difference （ P 0. 05） . The hospitalization time and mental state of the observation group were better than those of the control group,patients satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference （ P 0. 05） . Conclusion The evidence-based nursing can make the improvement of nursing quality,reduce the patients of Department of general surgery laparotomy operation complications,reduce pain,improve the patient’s mental state,improve the patients’satisfaction to nursing care,and promote an early recovery of patients.
