脾脏良性肿瘤多层螺旋CT诊断（附13例报告）

目的 探讨碑脏艮性肿瘤CT表现及诊断价值，以提高诊断水平。方法 回顾性分析13例经病理证买脾脏良性肿瘤CT资料，其中海绵状血管瘤5例，脾囊肿6例，淋巴管瘤2例。结果 海绵状血管瘤增强扫描呈边缘强化并向中心充填，延期扫描痛灶可完全弥合与睥成等密度；脾囊肿呈圆形或椭圆形囊状占位，水样密度，边缘光滑，不强化为其特点：淋巴管瘤的典型表现是多发低密度灶，可有间隔状强化。结论 脾脏良性肿瘤具有比较特征性的螺旋CT表现，可作出较准确的定位．定性诊断。

MSCT diagnosis of Splenic benign tumor (a report of 13 cases)

Objective To assess the features and value of splenic benign tumor in order to improve the diagnostic ability.Methods The clinical and CT images of 13 patients with pathologically proved splenic benign tumor were reviewed respectively,included cavernous hemangiomas in 5 cases,cysts in 6 cases,lymphangioma in 2 cases.Results Cavernous hemangiomas had a enhancement from edge to inside after contrast enhancement scan,and had equal-density with spleen in plain scan.Cystic focus of spleen had not enhanced in contrast scan with lubricous border.Lymphangioma enhanced in contrast scan with multiple round focus.Conclusion The diagnosis of splenic benign tumor can be made correctly bases on the features of CT images.
