乙型肝炎免疫回顾

上海市南市区自１９８６年起对新生儿全面接种乙型肝炎疫苗，并追踪观察和管理９年。免疫人群ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性率０．３９％，抗－ＨＢｓ阳性率４７．３％，接种率９５％以上，孕妇筛检率９０％以上，提前达到ＷＨＯ第４５届大会建议将乙肝疫苗纳入ＥＰＩ要求。９年免疫实施采取了综合管理措施，并按ＥＰＩ的要求对免疫实施全程进行质量管理，各项接种指标均达到预期目标，保证了乙肝疫苗免疫的顺利开展。

A REVIEEW OF HEPATITIS B IMMUNIZATION

n overall vaccination of hepatitis B to the newborns was carried out in Shanghai Nanshi dis-trict since 1986.A follow-up study and management were subsequently taken in the following nineyears. It was found that in the immunized population,the HBsAg positive rate was 0.39%,the an-ti- HBsAg positive rate reached 47.3%,the vaccine coverage rate was above 95% and the pregnantwomen screened was 90%. It has reached the EPI requirement in advance. The requirement whichasked for involvement in the EPI of hepatitits B vaccine was suggested by the 45th meeting ofWHO,In the nine-years course of implementation,we adopted a measure of comprehensive manage-ment and beides,in the whole course of immnization, a magement on quantity and quality wascarried out according to the EPI requirement.The indexes of vaccination have all achieved the de-sired goals so it ensured a smooth develo pment of hepatitis B vaccination.
