临床医学专业学生职业素养评估的初步探索

摘    要:随着现代医学和医学教育的发展,对医学生的综合素质提出了更高的要求。为此,北京大学医学部对临床医学专业学生进行了职业素养评估的初步探索。结果表明,在职业价值、人际交流技能、群体健康和批判性思维与研究4项指标上,被评估的学生总体表现良好,其中人际交流技能的优秀率最高,而批判性思维与研究的优秀率最低。实践证明,医学生职业素养评估方法是可行的,且有待于进一步完善。

Abstract:With the development of modern medicine and medical education, the medical students are being evaluated with even higher standards. Therefore, Peking University Health Science Center (PKU- HSC) initiated the preliminary investigation on the professionalism assessment of the students of clinical medical majors. The result revealed that the assessed students are satisfactory on the four aspects such as professional values, communication skills, population health, and critical thinking & research. In addi- tion, the excellent rate of communication skills is the highest, and that of critical thinking & research is the lowest. The professionalism assessment model is feasible, yet it should be further improved.
