| 摘 要： | 选择并合成戊型肝炎病毒（ＨＥＶ），ＯＲＦ（阅读框架）－１、ＯＲＦ－２及ＯＲＦ－３中的４个肽段。其中合成肽（ＳＰＢ３６）可用于酶联免疫吸附法检测戊型肝炎病毒的ＩｇＧ及ＩｇＭ抗体。对１３４份肝炎患者血清分别以重组抗原及ＳＰＢ３６抗原检测戊肝抗体ＩｇＧ，相对符合率为８５．１％。对比检测戊肝抗体ＩｇＭ（４４份），相对符合率为８８．６％。合成肽因结构组成明确，不需要特殊纯化，特异性较高，用于检测抗体有其优点。

| Abstract: | A synthetic peptide(SPB36) derived from the structure region of HEV genome was used in ELISA for the detection of anti-HEV. Compared with the HEV ELISA kit using recombinant HEV antigen (Genelabs) for the detection of antibody to HEV, the results indicate a coincidence of approximately 85.1% for anti-HEV IgG in 134 hepatitis specimens and 88.6% for anti-HEV IgM in 44 hepatitis specimens.There was no cross-reactivity using SPB36 for the detection of anti HEV IgG,when specimens from other diseases includung rotavirus or ECHO virus Infections were included.We consider that detection of antibody to HEV employing SPB36 synthetic peptide is a rapid, simple,specific and sensitive method. |
