| 摘 要： | 目前我国村卫生室具有不同的举办形式，其法律性质难以确定。法律性质的确定事关村卫生室职能的发挥、法律责任承担主体的确定和政府对村卫生室的规范化管理等问题，具有重要意义。本文旨在对常见举办形式的村卫生室，包括个体举办的村卫生室、村民委员会举办的村卫生室和乡村一体化管理模式下的村卫生室的具体法律性质予以厘定，为村卫生室相关问题的深入研究奠定基础。

| Abstract: | At present, the village clinics have different organized forms in our country and the legal nature is difficult to determine. But the legal nature of village clinic is related to its function, determination of the subject of legal responsibility and government＇standardized management of village clinic, so it has important significance. This article aims at the specific legal nature of common form of village clinics to be determined, including the individual village clinics, the village clinics held by the villagers committee and the village clinics under the rural integration management mode, to lay the foundation for further study of the related problems of village clinics. |
