胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ及其受体在肝细胞癌变中的表达及意义

目的 探讨ＩＧＦ－Ⅱ及戎受体（ＩＧＦ－ⅡＲ）在肝细胞癌孪演化过程中的作用。方法 通过ＤＮＡ、ＲＮＡ原位分子杂交和Ｓｏｕｔｈｅｒｎ杂交技术，观察和分析慢性肝炎、肝硬化和肝癌中ＩＧＦ－Ⅱ、ＩＧＦ－ⅡＲ基因的单细胞转录瓣表达与ＨＢＶ ＤＮＡ整合之间的关系。结果 ＩＧＦ－Ⅱ、ＩＧＦ－ⅡＲ ｍＲＮＡ在慢性肝炎、肝硬化和肝癌中均有不同程度的表达，阳性率依次为：慢性肝炎（３３．３％）〈肝癌（６６．７％）〈肝硬化

Significanceand expression of insulin-like growth factor

objective To provide information on the potential role of insulin-like growth factor n (IGF- n ) and insulin-like growth factor n receptor(IGF- fi R) during different liver diseases and hepatocarcinogenesis. Methods south- ern hybridization was used to detect HBV DNA integration in vinous kinds of liver tissues, and DNA-RNA in situ hybrid- ization to observe and analyze the mRNA of IGF- n and IGF- n receptor in chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCc). Results The expression of IGF- H and IGF- n receptor mRNA was observed not only in Hoe, but also in chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis. An increasing gradient of IGF- H and IGF- 11 R mRNA expression was in turn from chronic hepatitis(33.3%), HCC(66.7%) to cirrhosis(72.0%). Strongly positive expression was found in liver cell dysplasia, regenerative nodules and poorly differentiated Hoe cells. conclusion IGF- n and its receptor might play an important role in the development of HCC.
