急性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺外分泌部微血管扫描电镜观察

目的了解急性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺微血管的形态变化。方法应用微血管铸型扫描电镜观察，研究雨蛙素诱发的大鼠急性水肿性胰腺炎胰腺微血管构筑。结果急性胰腺炎时胰腺毛细血管间的吻合明显减少，缺乏交通，许多毛细血管呈不连贯的盲端；毛细血管粗细不等，形态不规则；毛细血管表面被覆有铸型剂外渗形成的泡状物，胰腺组织内可见树脂聚集。结论急性胰腺炎早期即存在胰腺局部微血管系统的紊乱，并可能与胰腺微循环障碍有关。

SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC OBSERVATION ON MICROVESSEL OF THE EXOCRINE PANCREAS IN ACUTE PANCREATITIS IN RATS

Objective and Method Microvascular corrosion cast and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to observe the pancreatic microvascular architecture of rats in caerulein-induced acute edematous pancreatitis. Results The results showed that the outline of the capillaries were irregular and varied in size, and anastomoses of capillaries were significantly reduced. Many capillaries were found to end blindly and fail to communicate with each other. Blebs of cast were visible along the capillaries surface. Multiple areas of intercellular tissue accumulations of resin were irregular and varied in size, and anastomoses of capillaries were significantly reduced. Conclusion The disorder of local pancreatic microvasculature can be found during the early stage of acute pancreatitis and it may be associated with the disturbance of the pancreas.
