成年小鼠胸腺基质细胞的组织化学观察

摘    要:对成年BALB/c小鼠胸腺冰冻切片进行了AcP,5’-NT,ATPase,AIP,NsE,SDH,LDH酶组织化学和PAS反应。结果表明,上皮网状细胞酶活性较低,PAS呈弱反应,在被膜下核细胞呈ATP酶强阳性,在髓质某些细胞的NsE和PAS反应很强。巨噬细胞具有强酶活性和PAS强反应,在皮髓交界区尤为明显。胸腺哺育细胞和交错突细胞也具有某些酶活性。这提示胸腺微环境中各种基质细胞有着不同的功能表达。

Abstract:Acid phosphatase, 5'-nucleotidase, adenosine triphosphatase, alkaline phosphatase, non-specificesterase, succinatr dehydrogenase. lactate dehydrogenase activities and PAS reaction were demonstratedin thymuses of adult BALB/c mice. The results showed that the enzyme activity of epithelial reticularcells of cortex and medulla was fairly low and PAS reaction weak, the ATPase activity of subcapsu-lar epithelial reticular cells presented strongly positive, and the non-specific esterase activity and PASreaction of some cells in the medulla were very strong. The macrophages revealed strong enzymeactivity and PAS reaction, which was especially prominent at the corticomedullary zone. The thymicnurse cells and the interdigitating cells exhibited activity of some enzymes. It suggests that thevarious stromal cells of thymic microenvironment have different functional expressions.
