阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者纤溶活性、血粘度及红细胞变形性的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)思者纤溶活性、血粘度及红细胞变形性的变化情况。方法:选取经多导睡眠图(PSG)确诊的OSAS患者32例为试验组,30例PSG检查正常者为对照组,分别测定两组血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t—PA)、纤溶酶原激活抑制物—1(PAI-l)水平,全血及血浆粘度,血浆纤维蛋白原(Fg)含量及红细胞变形性。结果:OSAS患者(轻、中、重度)与对照组相比PAI-l活性、低切全血粘度及血浆粘度明显增高,红细胞变形性明显下降(P<0.05),且OSAS越严重上述变化越明显;中、重度OSAS患者t-pA活性、高切全血粘度及Fg含量较对照组明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:OSAS患者存在纤溶活性及红细胞变形性降低,血浆纤维蛋白原含量及血粘度增高,有形成血栓的倾向。

Abstract:Objective:To study the changes of the fibrinolytic activity,hemorheology and erythrocyte deformability in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods: 32 patients with OSAS were as test group,30 adults without OSAS were as control group.Plasma tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA)activity,plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)activity,whole blood viscosity(high shear rate,low shear rate),plasma viscosity,content of fibrinogen(Fg)and erythrocyte deformability were measured in two groups.Results: In OSAS group the activity of PAI-1,whole blood viscosity in low shear rate,plasma viscosity were increased and the erythrocyte deformability were decreased as compared with control group( P <0.05).In moderate and severe OSAS group,the activity of t-PA,whole blood viscosity in high shear rate,content of fibrinogen were increased as compared with control group( P <0.05).Conclusion: The bloods of the OSAS patients are in hypofibrinolytic activity,erythrocyte hypodeformability and hyperviscosity.
