新会区人体肠道寄生虫感染状况调查分析

目的 了解新会区目前人体肠道寄生虫感染的情况，为制定今后的人体寄生虫病防治对策提供科学依据。方法 对调查对象采取改良加藤氏厚片法检查肠道寄生虫卵，并对感染对象分年龄，职业，学历和家庭聚集性等方面进行分析。结果 共调查507人，其中有279人次感染各种寄生虫卵，总感染率为55，03％，共查出肠道寄生虫5种，其中华支睾吸虫感染率最高，达50．30％。被调查者中农民和农村行政干部的感染情况最为严重，随着学历的增高感染情况有所降低。结论 经过多年的努力，新会的寄生虫病防治工作取得了显著的成效，但华支睾吸虫的感染率有升高趋势，特别是农村较低学历人群感染为甚。加强重点人群寄生虫病防治将是今后工作的一个重点。

Investigate and Analyse the Prevalence of the Parasite Infection in Xinhui City

Objective To investigate the prevalence of the parasite infection in Xinhui city and provide the scientific basis for establishing preventive measures and curing program for the parasite disease. Methods The Kato-katz method was used to find the parasite eggs and confirm the infection. The age, occupation, education level and the congregate status in family of the infected individuals were analyzed. Results 507 people were examined and 267 was infected with parasites. The total infection rate was 52.66%. In this investigation, 5 kinds of parasites were found. The Conorchis sinensis infection rate was the highest, about 50.30%. The infection status was the most serious among the peasants and cadres in countryside. The parasite infection rate was low among the people with higher education level. Conclusion After many years hard-working, we have made a great progress in the prevention and cure of parasites disease in human. But the infection of the Conorchis sinensis is still more serious than before, especially the low educated people in countryside. We should do our best to prevent and cure the parasite disease in the future.
