子宫肌瘤动脉栓塞治疗的临床研究

目的 :研究用超选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法 :应用Seldinger技术对 11例子宫肌瘤进行超选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗。结果 :11例双侧子宫动脉栓塞治疗均一次性成功。血管造影发现 10例子宫动脉增粗 ,分支数量增多 ,迂曲走行 ,属富血性 ;1例子宫动脉纤细 ,分支数量较少 ,呈乏血性。双侧子宫动脉栓塞后 ,可完全阻断子宫肌瘤血供。术后 3个月随访 ,子宫及肌瘤均比治疗前缩小 ,临床症状改善。结论 :子宫肌瘤动脉栓塞治疗是一种微创、疗效好、痛苦小、恢复快的新技术。

Clinical Research of Hysteromyoma Treated with Arterial Embolism

Objective To research clinical effect of hysteromyoma treated with super selective arterial embolism therapy.Methods Eleven cases with hysteromyoma were treated with super selective arterial embolism using seldinger.Results Eleven cases were treated successfully once with bilateral uterine arteriai embolism.Uterine artery getting wide and bloody was found in 10 cases.1 case was found with uterine artery getting thinner,the branches get less and it is bloodless.After bilateral uterine arterial embolism,hysteromyoma blood supply was blocked competely.3 months after oeration,the tumors got smaller and the clinical symptoms got better.Conclusion Arterial embolism therapy for hysteromyoma is a new technique with less wound and good effect.
