| 摘 要： | 观察中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎30例，采用中医辩证分型（湿热型、瘀血型、脾气虚型、肾阴虚型）服用中药治疗2个月，结合抗生素（菌必治、庆大霉素）局部前列腺腺体内注射治疗5－15次。结果：显效20例，有效6例，无效4例，总有效率87％，6个月后随访，22例基本正常，4例仍有临床症状。提示中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎，近期与无期疗效均较佳。
