| 摘 要： | 为探讨我军医院院长的健康状况，对不同级别医院的院长进行了问卷调查。结果显示：院长日平均工作时间为11小时；与工作紧张有关的疾病发病率较高；大部分医院的院长患有不同程度的疲劳综合征；并提出了一些注意事项。

| Abstract: | To probe into the health situation of the deans of military hospital, the questionnaire investigation is done for the hospital deans of the different classes hospital. The results show: it is 11 hours that the average work time of the hospital deans every day. It is much higher that the rate of the disease concerned work strain. The most hospital deans have the tired syndrome of the different degree. Some notice proceeding are advanced. |
