内镜下鼻胆管外引流术中的内引流现象

目的：观察ENBD术中的引流现象，探讨其判断指征和意义。方法：观察分析12例行ENBD术而存在内引流现象的患者术前、后病情变化，血常规，肝功能及X线、B超下胆管形态学改变等，进行自身对照，并与10例示行引流术者（未引流组）对照。采用SPSS软件作统计学处理。结果：引流组所有患者外引流胆汁总量极少，但病情各各项指标无明显好转或恢复正常，自身对照具统计学意义（P＜0．01）。与未引流组比较有极显著差异。结论：ENBD中可存在显著的内引流现象，应加以利用。

Internal Drainage Within the Patients Undergoing Endoscopic Naso-biliary Drainage (ENBD)

Objective:To investigate the internal draninage in ENBD and its identification, and to evaluate its role in clinical works.Methods:Materials of 12 patients undergoing ENBD and presenting the appearance of internal drainage (drainage group) were prospectively studied.The changes of illness,blood routine test,liver function test,morphology of bile duct under x-ray and ultrasound before and after the ENBD were observed.Comparisons were made within the draingae group itself and between drainage group and non-drainage group.Results:The total amount of the bile from the drainage catheter was very few.But all patients of draingage group recovered very soon,the abnormal changes of blood routine test,liver function test and morphology improved markedly and even became normally.Conclusions:There is apparent internal drainage in ENBD.It could be identified by the improvement of illness,blood routine test,liver function test and the presentation of X-ray and ultrasound.
