消旋卡多曲佐治婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎68例临床观察

目的:观察消旋卡多曲佐治婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:我院就诊的婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿120例,随机分为治疗组68例和对照组52例,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上,按年龄组加服不等量的消旋卡多曲,疗程5d,观察治疗后排便次数、性状和临床症状的变化及不良反应。结果:治疗组显效率73.53%,总有效率91.18%,对照组显效率48.08%,总有效率71.15%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组止泻时间、总病程与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组用药d3后出现1例皮疹,1例恶心、呕吐,停药后即消失。结论:消旋卡多曲佐治婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎有利于减轻腹泻症状和缩短病程,疗效可靠、安全。

Effect of Racecadotril in 68 Infants with Rotavirus Enteritis

Objective: To observe the effect and security of racecadotril in infants with rotavirus enteritis.Method: 120 infants with rotavirus enteritis were randomly assigned to treatment group(68 cases) and control group(52 cases).except adding racecadotril to treated group for five days two group received the same treatment.The frequency and shape of excrement;variety of symptom and side effect were observed after treatment.Result: The sharp effective rat after treatment was 73.53% and 48.08% in treatment group and control group,respectively;The totel effective rat after treatment was 91.18% and 71.15% in treatment group and control group,respectively.There was significantly difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The time of antidiarrheal and the course of disease was significantly difference between the two groups(P<0.01).After three days treatment,one patient had rash,another had nausea and vomit.Conclusion: Racecadotril treating infants with rotavirus enteritis was beneficial to alleviating diarrhea and shortening the course of disease and was reliable and safe.
