| 摘 要： | 目的:对急性胰腺炎进行分型研究,据此制订相应的治疗方案.方法:根据对1 288例急性胰腺尖(观察组)的诊治经验,将急性胰腺炎分为5型,并根据每型的特点制订相应的治疗方案.按传统分型及治疗的急性胰腺炎482例为对照组.对2组的疗效、不良反应及治疗费用等方面进行对比分析.结果:观察组假性囊肿发生率、胰腺脓肿发生率、手术率、治愈率、病死率、1 a内复发率均较对照组降低(P均＜0.001),治疗费用亦降低(P＜0.05).结论:该分型方案简单、可行,可提高急性胰腺炎的整体治疗效果.

| Abstract: | Aim: To explore a new classification of acute pancreatitis.Methods: Based on the pathological changes and the clinial characteristic, 1 288 cases of acute pancreatitis(observation group) were classified into 5 group, and draws up the corresponding treatment plan was drawn up. A total of 482 cases of acute pancreatitis classified and treated according to traditional classification were the control.Results: The complication incidences, operation rate, cure rate, death rate and one year relapse rate as well as the treatment expense in the observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.001 or 0.05).Conclusion: The new classificasion plan is simple and feasible with better therapeutic efficacy. |
