清泻浊毒法对高尿酸血症大鼠尿量及尿酸水平的影响

摘    要:目的研究清泻浊毒法治疗高尿酸血症的作用机制。方法将大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、苯溴马隆组、别嘌呤醇组、双花公英组、土茯苓熟大黄组及清泻浊毒方组,采用氧嗪酸钾盐腹腔注射造成高尿酸血症模型,检测各组药物对大鼠尿量和尿酸水平的影响。结果药物组中,24h总尿量以土茯苓熟大黄组最多,与空白组、苯溴马隆组及别嘌呤醇组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),其次为清泻浊毒方组;土茯苓熟大黄组和苯溴马隆组的尿酸浓度升高明显,与其余三组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),土茯苓熟大黄组的尿酸浓度明显高于苯溴马隆组(P〈0.01);24h尿酸总量以土茯苓熟大黄组最高,清泻浊毒方组与苯溴马隆组极为接近。结论清泻浊毒方能够增加高尿酸血症大鼠尿酸的排泄,其作用途径主要是通过土茯苓熟大黄配伍,利尿、促进尿酸的排泄实现的。

Impacts on Urine Volume and Uric Acid Level in the Rats of Hyperuricemia Trea- ted with the Therapeutic Method for Removing the Turbid and Toxin

Abstract:Objective To study the effect mechanism on hyperuricemia treated with the therapeutic method for removing the turbid and toxin. Methods The rats were randomized into a blank group, a model group, a Benzbromarone group, an Allopurinol group, a Shuanghua Gongying group, a Tufuling Shudahuang group and a removing the turbid and toxin group. The intraperitoneal injection of oxonie acid potassium salt was used to prepare hyperuricemia model. The impacts on urine volume and uric acid level by the medicines were detected in the rats of different groups. Results Of all the medicine groups,24 h total urine volume was the highest in the Tufuling Shudahuang group and indicated the significant difference as compared with the blank group, the Benzbromarone group and the Allopurinol group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The volume in the removing the turbid and toxin group was the second highest. The concentration of uric acid in the Tufuling Shudahuang group and the Benzbromarone group was increased apparently, presenting the statistically significant differ- ence as compared with the rest three groups( P 〈 0.01 ). The concentration of uric acid in the Tufuling Shu- dahuang group was higher apparently than that in the Benzbromarone group( P 〈 0.01 ). 24 h urine volume was the highest in the Tufuling Shudahua group. And that in the removing the turbid and toxin group was ex- tremely similar to that in the Benzbromarone group. Conclusion The formula for removing the turbid and toxin increases the discharge of uric acid in the rats of hyperuricemia and its action approach is via the com- patibility of Tufuling ( rhizoma smilacis glabrae) and Shudahuang (rhubarb) by promoting urination and uric acid excretion.
