| 摘 要： | 目的讨论治疗下肢静脉曲张性溃疡的有效方法.方法自2005年1月至2007年5月采用间歇充气与湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)联合,治疗下肢静脉曲张性溃疡26例,29个创面.充气疗法用DL-1200K型空气波压力治疗仪实施.结果水肿消退明显,溃疡创面平均愈合时间为31.5±9.9d.结论间歇性充气与MEBO联合利于肿胀肢体静脉回流,促进创面愈合.

| Abstract: | Objective： To develop an effective way of treating varicose ulcer of lower extremity. Methyl： 26 cases of varicose ulcer of lower extremity with 29 wounds were treated with MEBO in association of periodicity filling gas technique in a period of Jan. 2005 - May, 2007. DL - 1200K Air Wave Pressure Therapy Equipment was used for filling gas operation. Results： Hydropsia was gone obviously and the average healing time was 31.5±9. 9 days. Conclusion： MEBO application associated with periodicity filling gas technique is benefit of venous returning in swelling extremity and of promoting wound healing. |
