| 摘 要： | 目的探讨两种不同护理干预对老年糖尿病患者临床疗效。方法将100例门诊老年糖尿病患者随机分为A、B两组,各50例,A组采用集中护理干预,B组在集中护理干预的基础上根据患者存在的问题按需施教,即个体化干预。结果护理干预前两组患者依从性间差异无显著性意义(P>0·05),护理干预后B组患者依从性及疗效与A组间差异有显著性意义(P<0·01)。结论个体化护理干预能有效提高老年糖尿病患者依从性,更有效地改善糖代谢,减少糖尿病并发症的发生,提高生命质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of two different nursing intervention to elderly diabetes mellitus(DM)patients.Methods 100 out-patient cases were randomly divided into group A and group B,50 cases respectively.Centralized nursing intervention was taken in group A,and individualized intervention in group B.Results There is no significant difference on treatment comply before nursing intervention between group A and B(P>0.05).while significant difference was found after nursing intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention can improve the treatment comply of DM patients and glucose metabolism,and diminish the complicate of DM,and therefore improve the quality of life. |
