尖音库蚊复组构成比变化与气候关系的探讨

摘    要:作者于1986年10~11月同时采集徐州(34°N)和镇江(32°N)地区尖音库蚊复组(Culex pipiens comlex)雄蚊标本,以阳茎侧板中叶形态特征为依据,在光镜下进行组下分类。同时,还收集有关气象资料,对调查数据进行统计分析。结果表明:在十月份,二地区本复组蚊构成比差异非常显著(X~2=10.46,P<0.01);而在十一月份,其差异无显著性(X~2=0.47,P>0.05)。在十月份,徐州地区本复组蚊构成比与武汉的相似。

Abstract:The male Culex pipiens complex at xuzhou and Zhenjiang districts were studied on October and November 1986, elative climate and other data in the study were also collected and analysed. The resuit suggested that diffierence of variation in constituent ration was very remarkable significant (X~2=10.45, P<0.01) at the two districts on October and it was not sign- if icant (X~2=0.47, P>0.05) on November. The constituent ratio in Cules pipiens complex was similar at Xuzhou and Wuhan on October.
