| 摘 要： | 目的：了解糖尿病患者应用小同治疗方法的饮食控制情况。方法：采用自设问卷，对不同治疗方法的糖尿病患者进行问卷调查。使用胰岛素治疗48例为实验组，使用口服降糖药46例为对照组。结果：两组患者在饮食控制方面比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：不同治疗方法糖尿病患者对饮食治疗的认识不同甚至出现偏差，应加强健康教育和指导。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the diet control of diabetics with different treatment methods.Method A questionnaire was adopted to investigate diabetics with different treatment methods.Forty-eight diabetics with insulin as the experimental group,and 46 cases with oral medicine as the control group.Results There was significant difference in the diet control between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The consciousness of self-care of diabetics with different treatment methods are different,or deviant.Therefore,health education and guidance for diabetics should be greatly strengthened. |
