| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阴道探头在经直肠超声引导前列腺穿刺术中的应用价值。方法使用阴道探头经直肠超声引导行前列腺穿刺活检110例,对穿刺过程、穿刺活检超声图像及穿刺后结果资料进行回顾分析。结果 110例患者均顺利由阴道探头经直肠超声引导行前列腺穿刺活检术,取材满意,活检诊断明确,其中前列腺癌68例,阳性率为61.82%。结论以阴道探头代替专用直肠超声探头引导前列腺穿刺活检,操作简便,图像清晰,引导穿刺目标准确,值得推广。
