| 摘 要： | 糖皮质激素在临床上广泛应用于抗炎、抗免疫、抗过敏等治疗,长期眼局部或全身使用糖皮质激素后,对敏感个体可诱发高眼压或激素性青光眼,若延误治疗,可导致不可逆性视神经损伤.激素性青光眼的发病机制尚不完全清楚,作为一种医源性眼病其重在预防.一些经过修饰的新型皮质激素较少造成眼压升高.一旦发生本病除停药外,可采用降眼压药物、选择...

| Abstract: | Glucocorticoids are widely used for their anti-inflammatory effects.In susceptible individuals,topical or systemic prolonged use of glucocorticoids can induce ocular hypertension and glaucoma,which if unrecognized can lead to glaucomatous optic neuropathy and the irreversible loss of vision.The pathogenesis of steroid induced glaucoma is still unknown.Prevention is top important for steroid induced glaucoma.Some modified new corticosteroids have less effects of elevating intraocular pressure.Besides stoppin... |
