PF方案同步放射治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌近期毒副反应观察

目的观察PF方案同步放射治疗鼻咽癌的近期毒副反应。方法 76例鼻咽癌患者进入放化疗同步治疗组,分别在放疗期间的第1、22、43天始接受连续5天的化疗,所用化疗方案:顺铂20mg/m2×5天联合氟尿嘧啶375mg/m2×5天。另选与患者的特征有可比性的75例进入对照组,对照组单纯接受常规分次放射治疗。结果两组的部分近期毒副反应的发生率差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 PF方案同步放射治疗有较高的白细胞下降、血小板下降、胃肠道反应、口腔黏膜反应的发生率。

The observation of recent toxicity reaction to PF project in synchronous combination with radiotherapy for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC)

Objective To observe recent toxicity reaction to PF project in synchronous combination with radiotherapy for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.Methods 76 patients with NPC were allocated to the concurrent chemoradiotherapy（CRT） treatment group,receiving 5-day chemotherapy for 3 times on day 1,day 22 and on day 43 during radiotherapy course.The chemotherapy project： cisplatin（CDDP） 20mg/m2×5 days in combination with fluorouracil（FU） 375mg/m2×5 days.75 patients with NPC developed at the same standard were selected into the control group,receiving only routine interval radiotherapy.Results The data suggested that there was a statistical difference of some recent toxicity incidences for locally advanced reaction between the two groups（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion In the concurrent chemoradiotherapy（CRT） treatment of PF project,there is a significant decrease in the amount of leukocytes and platelet,and a great decrease in the incidence of gastrointestinal tract reaction and oral mucous membrane reaction.
