| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胱抑素C在2型糖尿病(T2DM)肾病早期检测的意义。方法将80例T2DM患者按糖尿病肾病(DN)诊断标准分为DN组与非肾病(NDN)组。另择52例健康人作为正常对照(NC)组。同时检测三组的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、胱抑素C(Cys C),并对比分析。结果三组HbA1c、Cr、BUN、Cys C值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。DN组Cys C水平均高于NDN组和NC组(P<0.01);NDN组和NC组的Cr、BUN、Cys C值相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);DN组和NDN组分别与NC组的HbA1c水平相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而DN组和NDN组的HbA1c水平相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。DN组的Cys C分别与BUN和Cr变量间都存在显著的正相关(r=0.542,P<0.05;r=0.781,P<0.01)。结论 Cys C是2型糖尿病肾病患者肾功能损害早期诊断的重要指标。
