| 摘 要： | 目的评价胸腔镜治疗食管癌的优劣与疗效。方法对胸腔镜治疗食管癌病例的手术方法及术后并发症行回顾性的综合分析。结果胸腔镜治疗食管癌创伤小,失血少,疼痛轻,恢复快。结论胸腔镜食管癌切除术是早期食管癌,特别是年龄较大,心肺功能欠佳患者的理想术式。

| Abstract: | Objective:To value the curative effect of video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS)in esophagectomy for esophageal carcinoma.Methods:To analyze the selection of the VATS patients,the methods of the surgery and the peroperative complications.Results:The VATS patients have small hurts,little bleeding,light pain and come back quickly.Conclusions:VATS esophagectomy is the ideal skill of the forepart patients,especially the aged patients with bad heart and lung function. |
