糖康胶囊中苦瓜的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的考察糖康胶囊中苦瓜的提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以苦瓜总皂苷含量和浸膏收率为指标筛选苦瓜的提取工艺。结果确定苦瓜的提取工艺为:采用12,10,8倍水,提取3次,前两次提取时间2 h/次,第3次30 min。结论该实验确定的苦瓜提取工艺方法合理,稳定可行。

Abstract:Objective To study the extraction technology of Momordica charantia L.of Tangkang Capsule.Methods The Conditions for the extraction were studied by orthogonal experimental design.The indexes were the quantity of extract and the content of total saponin in the extract.Results The extraction technology was to decoct Momordica charantia L.with water for 3 times,with 12,10,8 times water each time and for 2h for the first two times and 0.5h for the last time.Conclusion The best extraction process of Momordica charantia L.is reasonable,stable and easy to operate.
