nCPAP联合大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗NRDS的疗效观察

目的:探讨nCPAP联合大剂量盐酸氨溴索的疗效,为临床治疗NRDS提供参考。方法:收集42例患有不同程度呼吸窘迫综合征的新生儿的资料。分析单用大剂量盐酸氨溴索的对照组和经鼻持续气道正压通气联合大剂量盐酸氨溴索的治疗组的临床疗效、治疗达稳定的时间、胸部Χ线变化、肺炎发生率、死亡率和治愈率。结果:治疗组总有效率87.5%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗达稳定时间、72 hΧ线好转率、治愈率分别为75.4±8.7 h、79.2%、83.3%,均显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。肺炎发生率和死亡率分别为33.3%和4.2%,均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在NRDS治疗中,nCPAP联合大剂量盐酸氨溴索疗效明显优于单用大剂量盐酸氨溴索。

Effect of NRDS treated with nCPAP and large dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride

Objective To investigate the effect of nasal continuous positive airway pressure（nCPAP） and large dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome（NRDS）.Method The data of NRDS was collected.The clinical effect,treatment time,changes of lung Χ-ray,pneumonia incidence,death rate and cure rate in the control group of large dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride alone and the treatment group of nCPAP combined large dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The treatment time,improvement rate of lung Χ-ray in 72 hours and cure rate were（75.4±8.7） h,79.2% and 83.3%,respectively,all better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Pneumonia incidence and death rate were 33.3% and 4.2%,respectively,both significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of nCPAP combined large dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride is better than that of large dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride alone in NRDS treatment.
