龙血竭胶囊外敷联合阿米卡星洗剂治疗压疮的疗效观察

目的探讨龙血竭胶囊外敷联合阿米卡星洗剂治疗压疮的疗效。方法将40例压疮患者分为两组各20例,两组均行疮面清洗,0.3%碘伏消毒,观察组采用阿米卡星洗剂喷洒疮面,同时给予龙血竭胶囊与75%酒精调和成糊状后外敷换药,对照组给予康复新喷洒疮面并配合TDP烤灯照射换药。结果观察组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.44,P<0.05)。结论龙血竭胶囊联合阿米卡星洗剂外用换药治疗压疮疗效好,值得推广应用。

The Effect of Longxuejie Capsules Combinated with Amikacin Lotion on Bedsore

Objective To observe the effect of Longxuejie capsules combinated with amikacin lotion in treating bedsore. Methods 40 cases of bedsore were divided into observation group and control group with 20 cases in each randomly. Bedsore cleansing and disinfection with 0.3% iodine solution were adopted in both groups. Observation group adopted amikacin lotion spraying over the bedsore, and the paste (Longxuejie capsules blended with 75% alcohol) was externally applied. The control group was given Kangfuxin and radiation with TDP lamp. Results In observation group total effi ciency was 100% and in the control group was 80.0%. Between the two groups, there was a signifi cant difference (χ2=4.44, P<0.05). Conclusions Longxuejie capsules combinated with amikacin lotion in treating bedsore is an effective way and worth applying widely in clinic.
