摘    要:目的 通过检测人肾透明细胞癌组织中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的变化,研究其表达与肾癌的关系.方法 标本离体后分成肾透明细胞癌组、癌旁组织组、正常肾组织组,均用10%的甲醛固定48 h,常规石蜡包埋、切片5 μm,同时应用免疫组织化学方法进行观察研究.结果 PCNA免疫组化染色:正常肾组织内的细胞核有弱阳性表达,癌旁阳性表达增加,高于正常肾组织,肾癌组织阳性表达明显增强, 明显高于癌旁组织,两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).肾癌4个期之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 PCNA在正常组、癌旁组、癌组织组的表达呈明显加强趋势,癌组织细胞增殖旺盛,是肿瘤形成的重要机制.

The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA ) in the human clear cell renal cell carcinoma

Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in the human clear cell renal cell carcinoma ( RCCC ) tissues in order to explore the correlations between the antigen expression and RCCC. Methods The samples were divided into three groups: RCCC group, para-cancerous tissue group and normal tissue group. All the samples were fixed in formalin for 48h, embedded in paraffin wax, sectioned to 5 um thick slice, and observed by immunohistochemical method. Results PCNA immunohistochemical staining showed that the expression of PCNA was weakly positive in the nucleus of the normal renal tissue. The expression was slightly higher in para-cancerous tissue than that in normal renal tissue. The expression was significantly increased in RCCC tissue , which was significantly higher than that in para-cancerous tissue ( P 〈 0.01 ), but there were no significant differences among 4 stages ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion the expression of PCNA in RCCC tissue is higher than that in para - cancerous tissue, which is the lowest in normal renal tissue. It may be one of the important mechanisms in tumor formation.
