| 摘 要： | 对1990年8月～1995年12月我科收治的10例脊髓损伤并发下肢骨折患者进行分析。结果表明，骨折多在脊髓损伤后1年左右发生，骨折部位多在股骨干并且与被动活动或主动体位转换时下肢骨干受到扭转暴力有关。造成骨折的潜在原因有骨质疏松、下肢痉挛等。强调预防和早期发现的重要性，指出骨折发生后切开复位内固定是快速的有利于康复的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Ten patients with spinal cord injury combined with fracture of lower limb during 1990 to 1995 were investigated. It was found that this kind of fracture mostly occurred at about one year after the spinal cord injury, and was related to passive activities or active changes in posture The essential causes for fracture included osteoporosis and spasticity of lower limb, etc Based on analysis of fracture mechanism, it was emphasised that prevention and early discovery is important, indicated that open reduction and internal fixation is a successful management. |
