| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胶原素有增强老龄小鼠骨强度的作用。方法：用骨强度测定和羟脯氨酸含量测定法及钙含量测定法来比较胶原素与钙制剂对骨的作用。结果：胶原素组老龄小鼠骨的断裂强度高于对照组（P＜0.01）；钙的含量高于对照组（P＜0.01）；羟脯氨酸的含量高于对照组（P＜0 01）。结论：胶原素有增强老龄小鼠骨强度和钙、羟脯氨酸含量的作用。

| Abstract: | Inquiring into Collagen can improvethe bone's strength of old mice. Methods comparing the effect of collegen with that of capreparations by determinating bone's strength and content of calicium and hydroxyp roline (HYP). Results breaking intensity of collagen oral administration group is higher than that of control group (P<0.01); content of calicium is higher than that of control group (P<0.01); content of HYP is higher than that of control group (P<0.01).Conclusions collagen can improve the bone's strength, concerntration of Ca and HYP of old mice. |
