| 摘 要： | 本文报告采用快速尿素酶试验测定有上消化道不适症状的60岁以上老年患者胃窦部HP感染的情况。结果:阳性105例,阳性率为53.9％,嗜银染色阳性率49.3％。其中活动性胃炎、胃溃疡、十二指肠球部溃疡HP阳性率分别为85.7％、75.0％、88.2％。活动性胃炎与非活动性胃炎HP感染率(40.1％)两组统计学上差异显著(P

| Abstract: | The HP Infection status was determined by rapid urease. test and histology of warthin - starry silver stain. The resulf is as follows. positive was 105 cases; positive rate was 53.9% ; the positive rate of histology of warthin - starry silver stain was 49.3% . Among them, the HP positive rate of active chronic hastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer were respectively 85.7% , 75.0% , 88.2% . Active gastritis and inactive gastritis infection rate of HP was 40.1% . The difference between two groups was statiscally significant. (P<0.01) Results also suggest that HP infection were pathogenic and compact associated with active gastritis and peptic ulcer. These datd suggest that HP infection may be one of the important aetiological factors for gastric cancer. |
