| 摘 要： | 目的：观察督脉穴位注射疗法治疗中风后遗症的疗效。方法：对286例中风病患者随机分为督脉穴位注射组（治疗组184例）和普通针疗组（对照组102例），观察两种疗法治疗中风病的临床疗效，治疗后按4级评分法对临床症状进行评分统计。结果：治疗组有效率85．3％，对照组64．7％，2组经统计学检验，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：督脉穴位注射疗法治疗中风病疗效优于普通针疗法．

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate therapeutic effect of Du meridian point injection in the treatment of apoplectic sequela. Method： 291 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into Du meridian point injection group （187 cases） and routine acupuncture group（104 cases）. Therapeutic effects of treatments were observed, Clinical symp- toms were evaluated with four grade scores. Result： The effective rate of treatment group was 85.3%, higher than 64.7% of control group with significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Du meridian point injection therapy is more effective than routine acupuncture for stroke patients. |
