综合护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切术后老年患者康复的影响

目的：探讨综合护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切术后老年患者康复的影响。方法：将162例经尿道前列腺电切术患者随机分为对照组与干预组各81例。对照组给予常规护理，干预组在此基础上进行综合护理干预，重点给予心理护理、出院健康指导及并发症的预防与护理。评价2组患者并发症的发生率及治疗满意度。结果：与对照组相比，干预组患者经综合护理后继发性出血、膀胱痉挛、尿失禁、尿路感染、深静脉血栓明显减少（P〈0．05），治疗满意度占90．12％，明显高于对照组72．83％。结论：综合护理干预可有效减少老年经尿道前列腺电切术后并发症的发生率，提高患者治疗满意度。

Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation of Aged Patients Undergoing Transurethral Resection of Prostate

Objective： To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of aged patients after transurethral resection of prostate. Method： 162 patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate were randomized into control group and intervention group on average. Control group received routine nursing, on this base intervention group were given with comprehensive nursing intervention, focusing on psychological care, discharge health guidance as well as prevention and nursing of complications. The incidence of complications and treatment satisfaction were evaluated in patients. Result： Compared with control group, the incidences of secondary bleeding, bladder spasm, urinary incontinence, urinary tract infection, deep vein thrombosis were significantly reduced （P〈0.05） in patients of intervention group with comprehensive nursing. Treatment satisfaction of intervention group was 90.12%, obviously higher than 72.83% of control group. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve patient satisfaction.
